Welcome to the website of the Clausthal University of Technology Staff Council
The Staff Council represents the interests of all employees at Clausthal University of Technology.
The legal basis for our work is the Lower Saxony Staff Representation Act (NPersVG).
Our general responsibilities include, among other things:
- ensuring that the laws, ordinances, collective bargaining agreements, service agreements, and administrative regulations applicable to employees are implemented,
- working to ensure that measures are implemented that benefit the institution and its employees,
- receiving suggestions and complaints from employees and, to the extent they appear justified, working to resolve them through negotiations with the institution.
In this regard, we have rights to co-determination, participation, and consultation.
