The consultation is strictly confidential and counts as work time. You are also not required to inform your supervisor that you are seeking advice from the Staff Council. You have the right to seek advice and support from the Staff Council at any time.
However, we would like to point out that we are not permitted to provide legal advice.

It is very important to us that you feel comfortable in your workplace.
Unfortunately, problems or conflicts between employees and supervisors—or among employees—occur from time to time. In such cases, we are happy to help you find a satisfactory solution.
In addition, we provide information on the rights and obligations arising from your employment relationship—whether you have questions about your employment contract, working hours, vacation time, pay grade, or potential labor law actions.
